Dr. Vijay Azad, Co-Founder of Anhat Wellness

Dr. Vijay Azad is a professional fitness, yoga, and meditation trainer with over 10 years of experience in helping individuals transform their physical health and inner well-being. He is certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and holds academic credentials from the University of Delhi. His approach to coaching is compassionate, respecting each individual’s pace, ability, and vision.
He is committed to working with others to create a healthier, more conscious version of themselves — in body, mind, and spirit.

Mr. Anoop Pandey, Co-Founder of Anhat Wellness

Anoop Pandey is a pioneering Co-Founder at Anhat Wellness, driven by a passion for holistic wellness that transforms lives. With a Master’s degree in Yoga, certification in Meditation, and currently pursuing a PhD in Yoga, Anoop embodies a profound understanding of
traditional wisdom and modern fitness techniques. His extensive 8+ years of experience as a Yoga and Fitness Coach have inspired countless individuals worldwide to achieve profound mental and physical well-being.
